77jj's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77jj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77jj's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
77jj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 77jj's customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
